You have the power to do the deal...Just sell SGX and buy more GRC/PG. If an actual deal was done between SGX and either of those two Co's then you would realize any SGX value at that time.

For myself I feel more comfortable investing in management that meets expectations, can attract financing and has success at the bit and perhaps taking over other Co's as opposed to a company that fails to meet expectations can only raise monet throough dilution and has had very limeted exploration success. Just an opinion though.
