You are correct, no doubt Primed. I wish I saw no risk approx 8 years ago when I sold my 10 cent shares for 16 cents! I guess it was good profit, however it was a little stupid, but we always have 20/20 vision looking behind!. But like you say, I saw a little risk at that time.

However, after they acquired the Tesoro property, and after my all time favorite NR (other than the new land claims maybe) I got back in, and have been doing so continually, with what I believe is very low probability of risk, IMO.
