Hog, I have my presentation from the AGM, I've been trying to find this info everywhere so I can cut & paste to make it easy, but I can't find it.

Bottom Line in the AGM package under the heading "Quantec Geoscience's Titan 24 Defined" it says in the 3rd paragraph:

Development costs for Titan 24 were so expensive that Quantec sold 15% of Titan 24 technology to Barrick and 15% to Noranda recovering 100% of its development costs. Both Barrick and Noranda took payment in kind (Quantec completed surveys for them for essentially free.) Quantec now owns a 100% interest.
