Your point that "management will simply split the profit amongst the shareholders" gives me cause for concern. While certainly the share price would go up from where it is now given your scenario. There certainly is no guarantee that management would declare any sort of dividend. They may decide to use the $$ for other properties. Why do you think they would declare what would we all hope to be a large dividend
