Any public company I have ever been involved in, there is a vote by the membership on that very subject and other major issues at the AGM. We, the shareholders, determine what this company is up to as far as dividend and reinvestment. So--- if anyone else on this board knows different, Im sure we would all appreciate knowing it.

I also believe that is why our hub leaders are so adamant about getting you vote proxies in order BEFORE these issues and issues like them come up. Right Guys???
