Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
hi walker boss,
I will answer that IMO.
Your question;
My question is- Does a proxy with 100,000 shares in it carry more weight in a vote than one with 80,000 shares?
IMO, if those 20,000 votes were sold to someone that would vote those shares contrary to what you would have , then realistically you diminished your voting power to 60,000 shares. So in fact, you would have 60% voting power left of your initial power. Its not so bad when whoever buys those shares you sell, votes them the same way, but as you can see, if they dont, it has more of an effect.
Neither BOW or myself could be right here, they are just 2 opinions and each person should make their own decisions. We just try to show the scenario,s, but in the end, its your decision.
IMO
