I do have a cash account so as I understand it my shares cannot be borrowed by shorters.

Your thoughts on the share price and how long we have to buy in at the $2 to $3 range was about what I was thinking. For safety's sake better be getting in as soon as possible and certainly in the next in the next few weeks.
