Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
The only reason I can see for another company to be on our property would be to see if the trenching uncovered any new veins or to pick up a couple of samples. This could be done quick and wouldn,t need be a geo. For a geo to actually get any info thats not already in print from our property, it would require many hours of work. You can,t tell much by just walking over the property for a few hours, unless its absolutely rich and visable gold can be seen in most mineralized structures. I dont beleive the visable gold thing is the case on our surface. The informales have mined the visable gold on the surface and only the trenching may reveal new veins in which visable gold could be observed. Diseminated gold on the surface can,t be seen with the naked eye (usually), this requires sampling, so a geo wouldn,t even consider trying to take a soil sample if he didn,t know a good spot to take it from.
So IMO, if another company was on our property, they were probably just trying to see what the trenching may have uncovered. And again, why wouldn,t they just call Lori and ask her how things were going. If they were on our property, its apparent we don,t have a disclosure agreement with them, and if we do have a disclosure agreement with another company, this may be 2 bidders. I saw the other day where Newmont and Barrick are in a little squabble over some historic royalties.
