I was gonna touch on another offer for Augen coming in, in my last post, but forgot. It is possible that a white knight could come in here for Augen and force Trelawny to up their bid. I,m not sure of how the lock-up agreements are written for the 42%, but suspect that a better offer could put them void, changing the whole scenario.
