Good for Peru and its citizens. I was a little disappointed that Prime Minister Harper did not include a stop in Peru on his South Central Americas tour. I believe an introduction to the newly inaugurated President and some encouragement to respect private markets would have been a good thing for us. I hope Canada forges more trade agreements with democracies in our hemisphere.
