Hi Earnhardt:

You asked for an opinion and I am going to give mine ---cuz you asked. You have the right to disagree with me as everyone else does ---BUT-- I've said it before , and I'll say it again,---this is no ORDINARY stock play, where you joust with others that play the stock market for the marginal gains and losses that accompany any junior speculative play.

SLI is different because of several different reasons.--I will try to relate mine, but I encourage others to give their reasons for why they feel different with this stock than any other they have invested in before.

SLI is a resource base play--NOT --a hyped up stock play. To clarify that statement, I offer my opinion on the difference between the two options.

On a "Stock Based" play--Junior exploration companies go out and find a claim that "MAY" be the find of considerable wealth. They give the possibility of gain to a "Fund Manager" or the likes of one, and that guy goes out to the market, pumps the hell out of it with news of speculation of what it may have, and if things go right, you or some other player will use that hype to buy and sell that stock, and make money selling on the "difference" in share price.

On a "Resource Based" play--Junior exploration companies go out and find a claim that actually "HAS" the resource to produce considerable wealth, and go about proving the resource by sampling, trenching, drilling, and then selling those resources based on facts, and sell them in the ground ( not produced ) to companies that are mining production companies. These junior exploration companies make money for themselves and their shareholders by selling their "Resource" based on the the resource value ( in the ground ) divided among the existing shareholders.

EXAMPLE: Resource sellout of 100 million dollars divided by 100 million shareholders = $1 dollar per share. If you own 10 thousand shares then you get $10,000 dollars.

However if they pay out at $100 dollars per share.-- you get --hold on ---wait for it--- yes --- 10,000shares X $100 dollars = One Million Dollars.

As Bow says ---Its just MATH. But---it is real. and MATH DOESN'T LIE.

SO--Earnhardt-- the ball is in your park, play it as you see fit, Murry can only report what has been done, and what management will allow out as NRs. Anything more than that violates Stock Exchange rules, his hands are tied, and if you have to move on to make your money work harder for you---we all understand.

I, however, would encourage you to stick around for a while cuz iit would be a shame to cristen a 20 foot boat instead of cruiseship with the name SS Elias.

Rinky
