I agree with your statements Feruk. I had the night to think things over, re-read the posts on this board and still come the same conclusion as you. I do not feel this is a good deal, management has given themselves a chunk of the prize without shareholder consent. IGD is a puny company with little or no cash, the funding for exploration will come from a rise in that stock and a drop in SLI. They (management) have the benifit of seeing trenching results before we do and Lori has bought 500K shares just 2 months prior to this deal being done. Nope doesn't sit well with me. It has been said in the past that the board of directors of any public company is not your friend, they tend to look after themselves first. Sorry for the negativity here but I think the market sentiment reflects these statements. So now I have to buy IGD! What for so they can start another company and sell assets from that one to another company they start. NO! Here's a question for you. What is stopping them from selling more of Tesoro to another company they create for nothing? Nothing is apparently. Hey if I had the knowledge Lori had about what her intentions were for IGD I too would have bought shares.

What would have made this a good deal in my mind is if the same deal was made with a company that wasn't at arms length with SLI, this would prove to me that SLI's shareholders were being looked after.

This is all only my opinion, I realize a lot of people here won't agree with me and I am sorry about that. I still hope I am completely wrong and would be happy to eat crow if so.
