Thanks for that guys! As much as a buyout has it's pros (IMO) I love the idea of being on board for proving and selling other properties...what exciting ventures! This company is so unique in that it's strength is in us, the shareholders and what a great management team. Count us in for any future plays with this team. "The gift that keeps on giving?"
