Welcome to the board, Strad. Your expertise would be appreciated on this forum.

I put the post on for comparison reasons, and see that payout was/is low at just over $200 per ounce insitu. The reasons for this would have to be researched to get a better perspective of why a low price was paid for this. The particulars of the resource; ie; grade,size and metalurgy would be the important constituents to look at.

As for the way an aquisition will be excecuted, we can only guess. Lori seems to have a plan and I am of faith it will be the most beneficial for shareholders.
