Well Energold Drilling Corp has a few models of Rigs that are more than capable of this by looking at there descriptions. I never drilled in South America but i asked a couple of guys i know that have cored in Chile, they said with those rigs no problem. I have drilled offshore and on land all over the middle east and yes as i stated before i dont know everything but logic says no prob.
