Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Hello hogtown6.
Thank you for your inquiry. Your question while brief is quite loaded. In Canada as well as the United States, information regarding the language used in articles is governed by a set of rules and regulations. While regulations governing the web are still being written, here, at AGORACOM we stay in line with existing securities rules and regulations (those that govern traditional media for instance, as well as disclosure amongst others).
When the time comes to write regulations for the Web and Social Media, we would like to work with regulators on the norms and rules the industry would like to introduce to our and similar industry services.
If you've got an opinion about St. Elias Mines as a Company, or the Gold Markets, and you would like to share those thoughts on our boards in the form of publishing a message on our discussion forum, you are more than welcome to share those insights with other members on our forum, as long as that opinion can be substantiated using publicly disclosed material.
Whether these articles, forum postings, opinions or otherwise published documents would or could have any impact that can be measured based on these comments is still very much up to debate. However we do advise you to use extreme caution and ensure that this information has been made readily available (disclosed) to the public before posting it on our boards.
We hope this offers you some clarity.
Kind Regards,
AGORACOM
