In Canada as well as the United States, information regarding the language used in articles is governed by a set of rules and regulations. While regulations governing the web are still being written, here, at AGORACOM we stay in line with existing securities rules and regulations (those that govern traditional media for instance, as well as disclosure amongst others).

When the time comes to write regulations for the Web and Social Media, we would like to work with regulators on the norms and rules the industry would like to introduce to our and similar industry services.
