Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
I feel the same way Sculpin. We were supposed to have regular releases from September on according to Murry. Well...that hasn't exactly happened.
But I don't see that the ordinary shareholder can actually do anything in the short term, but to go along with management. I have read the AGM notice and circular cover to cover and find nothing to justify a vote against management. Perhaps the only point is the awarding of options. But even this point is moot. If the options when granted aren't in the money and there aren't too many then its not overly dilutive.
But most of the points we are to vote on are ordinary business points to be covered, with the exception of the Havilah spin off - which is of some benefit to us.
No matter how we bicker about the lack of news or transparency, these are not being voted on. Am I missing something? If not, I'll stick with management on every count - after all they have got us this far, and hopefully, not too far to go.
