Idsands, I agree whole heartedly!

Many posters hear are saying that they need facts in order to vote at the AGM.

I’m speculating, but what if, Lori doesn’t believe she has ALL the facts yet. What if every time they trench and drill they realize that they need more information to understand/prove the true valuation of this resource? If they release partial facts, showing that there is a significant resource held by a 500M market capital company, how long do you think it will be before there are several hostile takeover bids?

I’m sure that many of you will be very excited by the offers, $10, $38, $50, $80.Many of you perhaps 50-85% of you will tender your shares to the offer(s), based on the facts of the moment.

At this time last year I was an investor in a small company with a world class discovery, BIM (Baffinland Iron Ore). Most of you probably have not heard of it and likely never will. But it had what was likely the largest and best iron ore deposit in the world, 2B+ tonnes of 68% iron with proven productively properties in the furnaces of Rotterdam(expect $150+ profit/tonne), but they only had 350M tonnes proven for their first deposit of nine.On Baffin Island the cold and terrain make massive extraction (18-30M tonnes/year) very costly ($4B+) for a small company in a poor borrowing climate.Due to all the current facts being well known and a situation that is too convoluted to present here, the company was taken out at a mere fraction of its worth (3 times the recent depressed trading price of $0.40). This resource will likely supply all of Europe with iron ore for the next century, a resource with a value similar to Tesoro IMO.

I would like all the facts or at least a reasonable representation prior to being put in a situation where I must make the decision of my life.SLI’s situation is very much more favourable than was BIM’s for a multitude of reasons.

I believe Lori has and should be given the time to make sure we have the necessary facts to get a fair valuation for our shares. That may mean not spilling the beans to early.
