Message: ALS Labs and Assay Results

I met with the manager of the local ALS Lab here today and he was able to call the ALS Lab in Peru. They confirmed assays are taking a little longer than usual with a turn around time of approximately one month. This would be from the time the samples are received in the lab to results being produced.

The process is the drill cores are split on site and cut into 6 to 8 inch lengths. Each meter of drill core is placed in its own bag, labeled and tagged with it's own bar code. When they are received at the lab all the bags are scanned and entered into the Labs computer system. Through Webtrieve, the Company (SLI) can then go on line at anytime and check on the status of their order. Webtrieve shows all work in progress, the date the samples were received, type of sample, number of sample, the number of analytical methods applied to each sample as well as assay results of the samples.

I'll include some links in another post.
