I agree fully with your views. C'mon guys, take a breath - First, we had an "any day now" while waiting for the EIS. Now we seem to be any hour now per Sculpins wait for Jeff's call. Now we are on the verge of getting a buyout offer.

Let's get serious:

SLI is a "sleep well" investment for the lack of a better way to put it. I was on holidays for the past week, and I fully expected the share price to be exactly where it was when I left. In fact, I put in two offers to buy - one at 1.95 and one at 1.85 good for the week. My impression has always been that barring any news, this stock will drift down to the 1.80 PP mark. Guess what? Now we had a close below 2.00 and I wander if that quashes the AMEX application. But the share price is still stable.

Then we have a quarterly f/s that doesn't live up to the hype. And the cash is lower and our burn rate is higher.

My prediction is that we will run out of cash around before the end of the drilling - say about end of Feb and we'll be doing another PP at the Toronto PDAC. Then, it will be up to management if they leave the PP application open to the general public or to face shareholder wrath again.

I've been long on SLI for quite a while and have bought from $0.17 to $2.37 but up to now, it's been mostly hype. Management has my vote for this year, and I hope that they will come through by the next AGM, but I certainly don't expect any type of buyout offer in the near future. Please SURPRISE ME.
