Be careful and no disrespect Greaser but that web site where this paper can be found, appears to be less than legitimate. Followed it every where and the closest I could get was Education for World Future, a think tank. Location of that articale is out of Singapore with no names anywhere on any of the documents or associated with the site. Just an observation and please correct me if you find anything because I LOVED the numbers.
