That still looks pretty budget to me... No self-respecting research "firm" releases downloadable articles that are .doc format; they're always pdf's. That looks like any Joe Blow could've just put that together (the whole website in fact) in about 15 minutes. Not saying I don't love those numbers either it just looks like a crappy blog. And oh ya... No name on there either!
