The proxy vote;

2-To determine the number of Directors at 5...we now sit at 6, so this vote was rendered useless.

3/4-To elect Tina Whyte and Murry Braucht as directors...For or Withhold with the vote going to "For".

Why even go through this exercise if management can simply add 3 new directors at will after 2 resign anyway. Why did she not just assign Tina White the post versus putting it to a vote? Did our vote even really mean anything?

I am glad for the change and new versatility that our new directors can bring from outside of the company. It just appears that these last few weeks have made a mockery of the shareholders votes and thus their opinions?
