Stewie, Remember that 3 mil. additional options were turned down by the shareholders at the AGM. Strike price I think was $2.00. Now management issues 1.5 mil options at $.92 for the new directors and I presume without shareholder approval. Probably legit as part of the director's compensation package. The drop in share price obviously made that reduction in option price possible. Just good timing for the new guys I hope. JW
