I have no idea. Unfortunatly we can only speculate as to what happened here. It's like asking what came first, the chicken or the egg. Maybe it was insiders. Maybe it was shorters. Maybe the release was a feeble attempt at damage control. Maybe it was a requirement beause of the crash. We don't know what happened and we dont know what management did prior to or since the initial crash. But the results and implications from their decisions have been inafective, and most will say negative.
