For what it's worth, Jeff returned a call of mine yesterday and I quizzed him as to the state of the drill program and when we might be expecting a NR.

He told me of course that the program is moving forward as Lori indicated in the CC, but added that the next NR will be extremely comprehensive and detailed. As to when that NR is coming, he declined to speculate. So, soon? Who knows?

He also suggested that there were some big money people looking to invest from Texas.

Knowing that Launch Pad's Chad Lewis (the fellow who orchestrated SLI's visit to China) is based in Waco, TX, I sent Chad an email to get his thoughts.

He replied promptly saying that there is plenty of interest in St. Elias both in China and domestically with the connections he has (and from the people he lined up in China and by his list of North American credentials, I believe that he is probably right). He said, "Lori's vision for the company is quite compelling and the cumulative results the company has produced and are producing make us excited about the future for the company."

Just thought I'd share that with everyone...it appears that there IS some southern money AND some Asian money still looking to get on board this train.
