Look at this link and how there is a confidentiality agreement in place, and below that,it states it may take 2 years because of applications, assesments and consultations to get the project on line, I guess thats what it is saying. Nevertheless, I find it interesting that it even mentions a secret deal on another B.C. property. And it does go to show you that sometimes deals are done long before they ever meet the light of day.

I put this on here to show that deals take time and if Havilah ever makes a deal on any of her properties, we may have a long wait.
