Remember folks Lori has a big stake in this. 1 900 000 Shares she bought on averge for $1.95 for a total of $3,705,000.00. She can see the share price as it slowy dwindles down. I am sure it does not put a smile on her face. ALso I tend to think that there is a reason she did these strategic moves.

Oct 4th Lori sold 100 000 for 2.03, 3 days later she purchased 393 333 shares through excerise of warrants at .45 So in essence she increased her holdings by almost four times in that transaction. She put in her pocket $ 26000.15 She did not stop there she then purchased

So this is $3,705,000.00 so the $26000.15 went from her pocket back to the company.

Since then she sold 375 000 shares at an average of .78 for $287,095.00 So she really is not selling a whole bunch. So out of 1 900 000 Shares she bought on averge for $1.95 for a total of $3,705,000.00. She has 1 525 000 shares left of just that transaction. To date I do not know her complete total. I do know it is massive and she is not in the business of losing money. Feel free to make your own calculations and correct me if I am wrong.
