I am sorry if I was not entirely clear on what I was trying to say, iced. I am not a very good teacher and although I understand things, have a hard time constructing an easy to follow expression at times.
Nevertheless, in our circumstance, I believe the pro,s for us optioning the Peruvian properties, outweigh the con,s. It is extremely beneficial to have an arms length company hold the option agreements on these properties, rather than an outside company. Also, remember that this different money from IGD (or at least some of it is different), is helping advance the other 2 properties at the same time as we are focusing on Tesoro, its faster.
