Because Quantec knows how accurate their technology is! Notice the word volume in that statement and the word indicate shortly before it. To me, they are saying that they can get volume of a resource without even drilling, for god sakes. A real good friend just told me today, that we are witnessing a new age in technology, well guess what, we may just be part of the initial new age.
