Who says they haven't drilled the ovoid yet??? They could have easily drilled the ovoid. As long as they don't assay the results they do not have to be made public. They could have pulled a awesome sample and used electronis to measure an accurate grade without assays. I was also reading that another company had rigs drilling weeks before drilling was anounced to the public. is this the case with SLI??
There could be a lot of politics at work here.
Just a thought:
Let's say Murry's group owns 70% of the share and Lori's group owns 30%.
If Lori was paraniod about the vote in a buy out situation thinking that the company could get sold for a lot less than its really worth could be an issue. This would be due to the fact that her group would not hold enough shares to have the voting power. Therefore keeping a low stock price by any means neccessary would be managements goal until they suck up more stock.
The fact is though if the land is proved out and everybody is "PROPERLY" educated on what is there, nobody in Murry's group is going to let there shares go for any less than the value of the gold in the ground. No one has to be paranoid about anybody selling out at to cheap of price if the shareholders are properly kept up to date about what is going on. Which is not happening right now.
Plain old GREED could be a major factor here as well.
There is something incredibly BIG going on here. HOLD ONTO YOUR SHARES!!!
