Stewie, I am in complete agreement with you. Why hire Quantec if you aren't going to follow their plan? I guess the question is did St. Elias follow the plan? And did they drill outside the anomalous zones?

Your backyard hyperbole suggests you believe they didn't follow the plan and drilled outside the anomalies. The news releases said they were systematically testing high priority targets identified by the Titan survey, but the recently-released drill hole location map doesn't appear to jive with the plan. So what is one supposed to believe among all this confusion? I don't know. Personally, I believe this much mis-direction, subversion and confusion spells trouble. Others seem to feel it is an indication that Tesoro must be bigger than anyone thinks and that greed is at work here. I guess we'll just have to wait to find out.
