Stewie, It sounds like we have a case of incompetence rather than intentional misconduct on our hands. That would fit in perfectly with Duncan Bain's departure. Why would anyone with Duncan's knowledge want to be directed by an incompetent (if that in fact was his opinion of our chief)? I certainly would not want my reputation linked with a cocky inexperienced leader in any business let alone the mining business.

I actually hope that it is incompetence so that we can get a new leader and hopefully get the show back on the road to proving the gold of Tesoro! All IMO. JW
