Well CDN... the course of action as I see it is pretty straight forward assuming nothing changes between now and the AGM.

If a person wants Lori to continue on as President and Director: Vote Yes

If a person wants Lori to be removed as President and Director: Vote for for another nominee if available or vote no (Because the bylaws require the President to also be a Director...voting to remove Lori as Director also effectively is a no for her to remain as President).

I think those are the current options within the current landscape.

Now as far as a candidate...I think everyone needs to consider themselves and thier professional network for possible nominees. If you have an appropriate person contact them to see if they are interested in the role. I you don't then all you can do is vote for whomever is on the proxy.

I'm not saying it's an easy process, I'm not saying it's even a good option...I just feel confident that of the options that are currently available to us... a new direction is far better than the alternative.
