I must say I am impressed with RBC direct investing. I called them on Friday to get my Green control numbers, the guy took about 25 minutes but he gave them to me without even needing to call me back. My wife is busy during the weekdays and I do not have trading authority on her account, so we emailed them this weekend hoping they would get back to us with her numbers by Wednesday at the latest. They emailed them to us before noon today, along with a link to the voting site and voting instructions. Good work RBC!
