whether lori is within the letter of the law or not isnt my issue. my issue is her intentions when using said laws. And yes pps can be expected. ..but not announcing one that dilutes the majority of value right out of our investments near the 52week low and the day after our nominees are announced. So frankly I DO care about such things. Theres a little more to this then whether or not Loris group is abiding by the letter of the law especially regarding a publicly traded company where majority vote is supposed to rule. How do you think these situations occur where investors get screwed? They occur when people sit by idly while rules and regs are used agaisnt them by their current management. How are these situations rectified? Majority votes kick them the hell out.
