In my humble opinion it it appears to me Lori is guilty of misleading investors in the White circular she put out, the vary reason why disallowed our 60,000,000 plus Green votes.
She states in the circular concerning Director Robert Krause " In the 1990's he was project geologist for Milagro Minerals Inc., which was acquired by a senior producer after discovering a one million oz. gold deposit in Honduras"
Now by reading that sentence one would most likely come to the conclusion that as Project geologist Robert played a big part in discovering a 1 million oz deposit . One would also most likely come to the conclusion that Milagro Minerals, with the very attractive "Vueltas del Rio" gold deposit, was sold for a handsome sum of money to a "Senior Gold Producer" of the likes of a Barrick, Newmont or Kinross. This in fact is not true.
Milagro Minerals was de listed from the TSX after it "merged" with another Jr. gold Geomaque Resources, who had at the time a small producing gold mine in northern Mexico. (San Francisco Gold Mine) Hardly what you would call a Senior Gold Producer It was a merger of two small companies with two gold deposits NOT a taker over of a Jr. by a Senior.
Further more it was not a 1 m oz. deposit. It's seems the reserve estimation on the Vueltas del Rio Gold deposit was overstated and later downgraded to 410,000 oz and downgraded further in 2002 to 170,000 oz.
