I wonder if DGW Consultants may be the ones that re-evaluated the Tesoro property?

It is also weird that they used a portable XRF on the North Rim, and management adamantly denies using these field instruments. Of course the Q & A has since been deleted from the SLI homepage, so I can't go back to it and post it here as a reference.
