BOW had noticed something fishy about the share structure in the past, whereas he posted it changing, when perhaps it shouldn,t have. I believe he stated that the outstanding amount declined once,if it did, that is very interesting because there was no news why this would have happened, with perhaps a buy back of shares by the company may be one of the very few reasons for this, if was the case. Maybe BOW will comment again on what he found previous, it may be worth looking at again?
