First of all, sorry for the delay, got home from work @ 7:00 & straight to hockey!

Think our team won 91 to 9 (it was a blow out!!) And the goalies actually were very good!

Anyway, now for the reply:

Yes Sculpin, there was a few posts from the past concerning the shares. I will put links to the three posts that I remember related to this topic, at the bottom of my reply.

First, we should think about the quarterly dates of the financials for St Elias Mines:

  1. Feb 28
  2. May 31 (this is the year end date)
  3. Aug 31
  4. Nov 30

Personally, & IMO, I have never seen the share structure change, other than one of the above dates, an actual quarter. What seemed very odd, was that the fully diluted outstanding shares had changed, and had a date of Oct 17, 2012, which was reflected on the "Corporate Summary"

I have never seen this, nor anyone I communicate with? As well, there was an increase of 2.25 Million shares, that, as far as I knew, & once again, IMO, had never been communicated?

This is what the "Corporate Summary" (shares) used to look like (strange dates, IMO):

Shares Issued: 117,118,355
(Oct 25, 2012)

Fully Diluted: 132,318,355
(Oct 17, 2012)

This is what the "Corporate Summary" (shares) looks like now:

Shares Issued:
(Nov 30, 2012)

Fully Diluted:
(Nov 30, 2012)

So, now they show an actual quarterly date, they just forgot the shares? For now, anyway?
