Nope...as far as I can see...since the vote i.e. December 27, 2012 where shareholders voted 91% to support new management, Lori is acting as in individual not a CEO. She is using company funds to defend her own character. It's so interesting that she has brought these legal procedings against these individuals when her own role has not been ascertained. Like I said before, Lori, QUIT SPENDING MY MONEY to bring litigation forward to defend your own personal character! and it really ticks me off that it's against people who have nothing but this company's best interest at heart. Far as I can tell Lori is spending company money and she is no longer a part of it. Isn't that stealing?

And furthermore, she has targeted company supporters (BIG stockholders) and yet not the bashers. Does she consider the supporters/shareholders the threat? Ask yourself this...who is the real threat to this company? The stockholders? Seriously? So many of these guys have worked tirelessly to wrangle support, ride the wild swings in sp out. But now they're the ones being sued???? Good grief, what am I missing? Whose logic is flawed here?
