Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Hi mikxx1,
If I was prone to always going off the deep end and emphatically stating that this or that was a fact without knowing, and pointing out(with colourful adjectives) the cuplrits by name, I may have concerns. Usually however, I try to keep things civil and use those creepy lawyer terms like "alleged, appears, it seems" etc. It feels like we're in a courtroom though.
I try to follow the rules of this hub and post only after a few previews of what I just typed. So, I can say that I am not intimidated with what appear to be (an example) frivolous SLAPPs. Of course if I was targeted I would want to know I did my homework and had no worries but that's the intent of a SLAPP isn't it; to intimidate persons into backing off no matter if they are posting the truth or indicators to what may be the truth.
As I look at most of the posters names and it appears they are targeted because they have done some serious digging and have indepth knowledge of the ups and downs of our company. These are posters I read that I put quite a bit of faith in and others,.....not as much.
They have enlightened me a hundredfold on my first ever investment in any stock. I wanted to take a risk with a bit of my RRSP and it was a big one with this stock. I have watched videos and been in on a conference call and have formed my own opinion on this company and have voted for change. This is a basic right. To be informed, discuss and vote. If the gang of 4 wants to come after my veteran's disability pension, have at it!!
Sorry mikxx1, I'm getting riled up and rambling. I'll preview this before I post. Yep; looks good. Oh yeah, I never asked; how can you be sued if you indicate.. IMO? (still DD'n)
