Turns out....the "Let's get back to work" crowd suggesting the incapacitated (deer in headlights) Management and BOD and its inability to move SLI forward was due to the legal challenges the company faced...may have been a little off. It appears our wonderful CEO was too busy working as a consultant for another company.

I suppose it does seem outrageous to ask the CEO of SLI to actually work for SLI.

Right?

Can you imagine if you owned a McDonalds and your manager didn't show up for work regularly for months on end..and the reason was because she was too busy working for Burger King across the road.

This would be hysterical if it were fiction. Sadly it's not funny at all.
