Hi Meteor,
I just want to clarify what the 1 for 20 share consolidation means technically speaking.
1 for 20 share cosolidation also referred to as a roll-back or reverse-split does not actually dillute a shareholders holdings...it is the equivalent to changing 20 loonies for a 20 dollar bill.
so let's say you hold 20000 shares and at the time of the consolidation the price is .04. After the consolidation you will own 1000 shares at .80.
Of course the SP will be affected by market pressures during the consolidation...however there is no way to know what the effect will be.
Incidentally, the dillution you speak of will come at the time when a private placement is acquired and accepted.
hope this helps
S.
