Agreed Aim, I seem to recall the voting turnout for the 2012 AGM that saw about 40 million shares not voted. This seemed to be a very high number considering the importance of the 2012 elections. I often wonder who owns/owned most of those ~ 40 million shares that were NOT voted.

Also, one may think, whereas SLI was/is listed in a SWF data base, that Lori surely would know this? And, as you say Aim, SLI management has access to the share register/list almost at their immediate disposal.
