The most important thing for investors to take out of this thread for now, is that we are/were an aquisition target by this SWF, plain and simple. I will further, that if this SWF is still a shareholder or has retained interest in us, it is possible they are just sitting and waiting. We must remember there was about 40 million shares that didn,t reveal who they were in the 2012 AGM. We must also remember the preposterous defencive tactic ( a PP for over a 100 million shares that I think she said was filled) taken by Lori around the time the Hastmans first announced that they would be submitting directors for election. That 100-120 million share figure would only have been effective in taking control of the entire company, ONLY if Lori knew where 20-40 million shares were held that would vote in favour with her, because it was possible that 110 million shares could have voted against her. And, the election results had around only 9 million shares being revealed as Management supporters, which seems quite low.

I will further this yet again saying that I cannot see the biggest money in the world have/had us as an aquisition target WITHOUT the SWF CONSULTING/ OR ALREADY HAVE EMPLOYED,the best professionals in the scientific and geological fields. As we have seen in the past with many examples, if a chargeabilty anomaly is there with historic data confirming and correlating the presence of sulphides, then upon hitting a Quantec target, the sulphide mineralization should be revealed in assays, whereas gold and other minerals accompany the sulphides on the Tesoro. Be rest assured, every big guy in the industry knows how to read a Quantec and the accuracy this technology exhibits, it is a mine finder, and it is now apparent that perhaps the Quantec has attracted some of the biggest money in the world, governments and countries.

Perhaps our government is afraid and thats why we see some government reps running with their tails between their legs, wanting no part of helping us to stand up to the blatant non enforcement and rights infringement experienced by dissenting SLI shareholders? God love them, if they run far enough, they may find themselves somewhere?

I am holding onto every share I have. There are several ongoing investigations happening that may shed some more light on our situation at anytime, that hopefully will enable us with the opportunity to make a REASONABLE investment decision. For me, I am unable to make a reasonable investment decision until I see more of the Tesoro results as well as any facts that any investigation may bring forth.
