Again, I question the imunity that management seems to have that may put them on a petestal above the law in conjunction with the reluctance by the RCMP to pursue laying charges.

I for one, believes that any strategy confined within the law, will be ineffective as evidenced by the many past trials of trying to protect ourselves. The perspective of too many in the various protective agencies is focused directly on how to execute laws, rather than questioning the ethics of such laws in respect to appreciation of Human Rights. Meaning, while they are trying to decide if something is wrong, they are excluding their common sense out of the equation, being hypnotized by the legal instrument and are not thinking for themselves, this endangers the public, whereas there is a maintained biased approach that laws are just, the way they are written. Its not until a professional in such fields is able to step outside the illusion that they really understand the ineffectiveness in the laws for protection and that the dynamics seem to suggest a design contrary to public interest and in favour of big money. How can a system be just when it is able to be manipulated by big money, or anyone for that matter?

I have said in the past and maintain that position yet today, that we are up against something more than just a little ole Venture company.

When a legal system accepts an Advance Notice Policy as being a valid instrument without shareholder ratification and when a Judge accepts it as prudent for a corporation to simply throw 91% of its shareholders votes out the window, I think it may make it very easy to understand that something else is going on here, I believe it is due time for everyone to accept that. How much more evidence do you need before you start believing that there is a conspiracy here?
