In actuality, the demotion to the NEX is usually a death knell for companies. To further enhance this demotion in an unfavorable way, is the fact that the stock is still "suspended" from trading. To enhance further yet, volume on the NEX is usually not liquid enough for prompt exit from stocks that are demoted to the NEX.
Again, the demotion was orchestrated and the proof is in the pudding when the BCSC,TSX etc, have ignored shareholders requests of various forms, especially the last petition to ask for implimentation of a "majority voting policy, MVP.
Had the regulators obliged this reasonable request by shareholders, considering our unusual circumstance, the company would have been in good standing, money in the bank and trading at a very nice stock price.
