Mikxx, it could be, I haven't recently viewed the requirements of the NEX, and not to sound arrogant, I am not going to look right now. The reason I am not too concerned with any regulations or requirements, is because they don'y matter, they are not enforced to protect shareholders, but the only rules adhered to and enforced by regulators, are the ones to further suppress and oppress shareholders.

The regulators are assisting Lori to manipulate whats left of the company, out of reach of investors, plain and simple. Any politician we have asked for help in the past, are also aiding and abetting this dispositioning.
