Ultimately the buck stops with the person making the investment choice. I'm pretty sure in most instances here, it was the shareholder. But the reasons are many and varied for the outcomes. 

You seem to be angry with, and have a vendetta against the shareholders. Why? Are you a friend of or a relative of Lori and her cabal?
